During the 'Portrait' workshop you will become acquainted with various aspects of portrait photography and create special portraits of your classmates.

The workshop starts with an introduction in which you will learn everything about the basic principles of photography such as frame, point of view, light and composition. You then apply this knowledge yourself during a crash course in portrait photography. In groups of three you take portraits of each other with digital cameras. The focus is on creating the ideal conditions for a good portrait. You will experience how you can emphasize someone's personality by using basic photographic principles. Finally, all results are shown on a large screen and discussed together.
